Is your whole inventory on the website?
Our inventory is constantly evolving! We have hundreds of things that are not offered online due to exclusivity or its complex nature. Many of our items are used for custom displays that are available for use by any client, but details are provided during the design consultation.
Are your prices online final?
The simple answer is- no. We strive to create Christmas magic within a clients' budget. We understand time constraints and are always here to assist in providing the best experience possible. We are happy to offer a free quote to those interested in our services!
Do you work with non-profit organizations?
Absolutely! We know the difficulty in today's world with having a successful significant outreach to our local community- and we are here to help! Please feel free to contact us for further questions or concerns you and your organization may have.
What residential services do you provide?
Anything your heart desires! From elaborate Christmas trees and garlands to your annual Holiday party or event, we give as much dedication to our residential clients as we do our commercial clients. We are with you every step of the way to create your desired winter wonderland.
Is any of your inventory for purchase?
At this time, nothing we have is for sale. In some instances (ie. large commercial installs), we assist our clients in guiding them in the best financial direction resulting in item purchases while they retain our install and design services.
Do you install exterior Christmas lights?
While our team of elves focus primarily on other aspects of Christmas design & décor, our partner company,
Bright Light Holiday Company, is available for all of your exterior light needs! Contact them today for a quote!
Do you have a showroom open to the public?
Our warehouse and office spaces are currently not open to the public. As we strengthen our visibility in our Las Vegas community, we hope to be able to open a public showroom as soon as possible.
Are items available for delivery or pickup?
Due to the nature of our business, we currently only offer a delivery service for rented items. This provides safety and quality control for our products and clients. We hope to accommodate more options for customer satisfaction in the future.
